Current statistics indicate that healthcare accessibility in rural areas is particularly poor, with many residents facing long travel distances, inadequate facilities, and limited availability of healthcare providers.

Abby Cares Foundation (ACF) is a CAC registered NGO in Nigeria that provides integrated medical and health promotion linkage services within the primary health sector (PHC). We are committed to bridging the gap in access to essential health services through innovative strategies and partnerships. The integrated system of care is built on community collaborations within the three tiers of the healthcare system to ensure patient’s access to care, treatment and follow-up. By establishing robust linkages between health promotion efforts and primary care services, the program aims to enhance the overall community well-being and reduce the burden of preventable illnesses.
